Shipping & Returns

Shipping Options:

  • Airmail shipments to the US take 10-14 business days (no tracking or signature confirmation)
  • Registered Air Mail shipments to the US take 6-10 business days (with tracking and signature confirmation)
  • International shipping times vary by destination, but can take 14-45 business days via Airmail, 6-10 business days via Registered Air Mail and 3-6 business days via EMS.


  • Our return policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
  • Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts that are not our error.
  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If you do not receive a refund, please check with your bank and credit card company, as there may be processing time before it is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact us at
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
  • To return your product, you should mail it to: PSC 559 Box 6704, FPO, AP, 96377, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
